These terms cover your use of the Navige website at navige.ai and the Navige console at app.navige.ai. You agree to them when you create an account by ticking the box at sign-up, and we keep a record of the version you agreed to and when. If you sign up for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
Enterprise customers with a signed order form or master agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these terms.
Navige sits between your AI agents and the tools and models they call. It can record each call, check it against the rules you set, and, where you switch them on, apply cost controls such as result capping, deduplication, context trimming and model routing. Every cost control is off until you turn it on.
Some decisions Navige makes are advisory. On the /enforce path Navige returns a decision and your system chooses whether to follow it. You stay responsible for what your agents do.
You must not use Navige to:
We may suspend an account that does any of these. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why.
You own the data your agents send through Navige. We use it only to provide the service to you. How we collect, mask and store it is set out in our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum.
We do not sell your data or use it to train models for anyone else.
Navige is free to start, with no card required. Paid use follows the model described on our pricing page: a monthly floor plus a share of the measured savings Navige made for you in that period, charged in arrears. Savings that are only modelled or estimated are never billed, and the invoice shows what was left out and why.
Exact prices, payment terms, taxes and refunds: TBD.
We aim to keep Navige available and fast, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Where a check cannot run, Navige is designed to let read-only calls through and hold risky ones, depending on how a tool is classified.
We may change the service and these terms. We will tell account owners by email before any material change takes effect, and ask you to agree to the new version. Service levels and notice periods: TBD.
Limits of liability, warranties and indemnities: TBD.
You can stop using Navige and delete your organisation at any time from the console's settings. Deleting an organisation erases its data, including its keys. Financial records such as issued invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
Notice periods and what happens to amounts already owed: TBD.
Governing law and jurisdiction: TBD. Questions about these terms: hello@navige.ai.
